Profile

The name Blæcmær occurs only here in DB, the second of three men with manors at one of the two holdings in Walford, a riverside vill in the Clun basin in south-west Shropshire. His companions, Wulfweard and Dunning, like Blæcmær 2, seem to have held no other estates.
